In a world where the traditional 9-5 workday no longer fits everyone's needs, we saw a gap. We noticed job seekers struggling to find positions that accommodated their unique schedules, and businesses suffering from staffing shortages. So, we came up with Individualist, a platform designed to address these challenges.

The Current State of Individualist
We're in our early stages, but already seeing promising signs of traction. With positive user feedback from our beta testing and a growing list of interested users, we're optimistic about our journey ahead. We're currently focused on refining our product based on initial feedback and plan to launch our next iteration by early August 2023. We've also had the honor of pitching at the prestigious Gillespie Entrepreneurship Competition at the University of Mississippi.

Individualist is a B2B2C Software as a Service
Individualist operates on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business model. While job seekers can use the platform for free, businesses are charged a subscription fee to access the services. There are three levels of access available to businesses:
Free Trial
Businesses have complete access to all features for a specified period (30 days). This includes the ability to post job listings, view and communicate with job seekers, and utilize the unique Flexibility Score and automatic matching features of Individualist.
Basic Plan
For a monthly fee, businesses can post a limited number of job listings, view job seekers' profiles and availability, communicate with them, and manually match with job seekers.
Pro Plan
For a higher monthly fee, businesses receive unlimited job postings, advanced search filters, comprehensive insights and analytics, priority listing in job search results, and priority customer support.
